Elevating Executive ideas
The Brief:
Part of my team’s mandate was to elevate the voices of JPMorgan Chase’s executives, for internal and external audiences.
What I Did:
I worked with cross-functional partners to create new executive communications and content programs. Some of the programs were tied to diversity, equity and inclusion moments like Black History Month (in the US and the UK), Women’s History Month, Pride, and Veteran’s Day. Some programs were built with the firm’s employer brand team, mostly to generate awareness among tech talent.
I co-led firm-wide editorial meetings and gained visibility into content being produced across the company. This helped me cross-pollinate thought leadership content—for example, republishing on my team’s channels executive profiles and columns that other JPMorgan Chase teams produced. Or sharing my team’s content for internal and external use.
I developed content with executives that lived on external media channels to support broader communications and marketing initiatives. This involved tapping into key elements of their personal backgrounds, work, vision, and voice to weave a cohesive and authentic story.
